We realize that in some instances these costs may be high, and invite you to contact us via LiveHelp if you have ANY concern about the shipping cost quoted to you.
In some instances, we may be able to severely cut the cost.
To DOMESTIC (USA) Customers:
Domestic (USA) orders may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail upon request.
Please contact us via LiveHelp, or email your order summary before checkout for a coupon code if you wish to ship via First Class.
In most cases, our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
In cases where the package is extremely heavy, however, USPS Bulk Mail may be used.
To save you, our customers, extra costs to reflect high Priority Mail shipping prices, we hope you will be understanding if your package takes an additional couple of days to arrive.

For this reason, only the following items may be refurned for a refund:
- Unopened Packaged Stickers
- Unopened Packaged Embellishments
We strongly recommend using Delivery Confirmation on all return shipments.
