FEATURES OF KALEIDOSCOPE CARDS AND CRAFTS
• Forum, gallery and (upcoming) chat room promote regular visitors to the site
• Beginning in March 2007 the website will be listed in Simple Scrapbooks, Paper Crafts and Creating Keepsakes magazines as well as on their sites
• Presence on the Scrapbooking Top 50 website (currently in the 600’s but hey, at least we’re on the list!)
• Regular advertising by Kim Cox (Owner) on multiple message boards and through email newsletters
TERMS
• NO INITIAL FEE!!!
• Exclusive Designers will receive a commission rate of 80% of their sales.
• Non-Exclusive Designers will receive a commission rate of 75% of their sales.
• Designers will be paid on the 15th and last day of the month through Paypal.
EXPECTATIONS
• Designers are to be courteous in all ways. Disrespectful attitudes on the forum or pictures on the gallery will result in immediate contract suspension.
• Digital Designs will be expected to be high quality and conforming to 300dpi norm.
• Non-digital products are expected to be shipped within 3 business days unless item description lists otherwise. Items shall ship via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the US.
HOW TO APPLY
• Please send examples of your work to kaleidoscope_cards_and_crafts@hotmail.com. Include with this a short bio so that we may know who you are!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY?
• You will hear back from Kaleidoscope Cards and Crafts with 72 hours of your application receipt.
I’VE BEEN ACCEPTED! NOW WHAT?!?!?!
• Sign and return the contract and confidentiality agreement to Kaleidoscope Cards and Crafts as soon as possible! No items will be listed on our site unless the designer’s signed contract is received and on file.
• For digital designers, product previews shall be no larger than 600 x 600 and files are accepted via Pando. You will be provided with a Kit/Product Submission Form upon receipt of your signed contract.
• New designs will be listed on the site every evening after approval by the Kaleidoscope team. Notice will be given to the designers if there will be a time period when new designs will not be listed immediately.
I WAS REJECTED… WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
• Please understand that it is our intention to provide only the highest quality merchandise to Kaleidoscope customers. Should you not be accepted right away, please feel free to resubmit your application once a month with NEW product examples. Kaleidoscope is an equal opportunity provider and will not judge your application on anything besides quality of product.
